Experience the thrill of making your own glass piece, with the help of our team of glassblowers. Bring friends and family to watch you make your piece. Tour our art installations when you visit and check out all our great glass gift ideas in the gallery!
Bring your own food, drinks and party decor. Alcohol is not permitted when blowing glass. Refreshments can be taken into the viewing area, and there's a side kitchen space to put out what you'd like for your group. We also have seating and tables outside on the patio under the oaks. We are on well water and it is not potable. A refrigerator and sink are available.
For this experience, you will choose your colors, roll the hot glass in the color, sit on our glassblowing bench, manipulate the glass using the jacks tool to create a texture and shape, then we'll help finish the piece.

Each time slot is for one person to make their piece. Book consecutive spots for a couple's or group experience. Cost is per person, and includes a private demo fee.

ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLIER. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND NO-SHOWS ARE NOT REFUNDED OR MADE UP. Let us know if you have outstanding circumstances. Tickets are transferable or refundable within 24 hours from your time slot.
PICK-UP & SHIPPING: Glass takes 24 hours to cool plus processing time, so your piece will be ready for free pickup 3 days later. We are closed Mondays and Tuedays. Choose Pick-Up or pay for shipping when checking out. Shipping takes an additional 5-7 days.

NO RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY
Our art glass is hand created and not manufactured. Small blemishes in the glass and variances in size and shape of the shades and art glass pieces are inherent to hand blown glass.
Lighting fixtures may not be returned or exchanged.
Art glass pieces and shades can be exchanged once within a 90 day period or returned for store credit.
Shipping fees apply.

Items ship via UPS or USPS. All our packages are double boxed to protect the contents, with the exception of Hubbardton Forge Lighting fixtures that are shipped in specialty packaging. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.Glass shades and light fixtures ship separately. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item is shipped.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
If the piece you order is not in stock then we'll make it to order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item is shipped.
Made-to-order art glass pieces and lighting ship in 6 - 8 weeks.
Glass shades and light fixtures ship separately.
Hubbardton Forge Lighting fixtures are shipped in specialty packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING EXCHANGED ITEM
All sales are final with no refunds, although items can be exchanged within 90 days, or returned for store credit. Shipping expense is incurred by the customer. Contact Sales/Customer Service to discuss. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and to receive the replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
REFUSED/UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Unauthorized packages will be sent back and your account will be billed for outgoing freight charges. Packages “refused” upon delivery for return to Wimberley Glassworks or Hubbardton Forge will be billed for return freight.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE CLAIMS
We expect shipments to arrive at their destination in good condition. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any issues to customer service within 7 days to be eligible for replacement. Provide images of the damaged or defective item to verify replacement. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service team. A UPS label will be issued via email for return shipment. Keep the original packagaing to use for return shipping. Wimberley Glassworks/Hubbardton Forge will pay return freight for damaged or defective items within a maximum 30 day period. Defective items must be available for pickup within 30 days of issuance of label or arrival of replacement.
Improper return packaging that results in damage to the fixture or its components may affect credit. Merchandise cannot have been installed (including clipped or cut wires), modified or used in any way. Art glass and lighting products returned as defective which are found to be not defective will be shipped back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the return of the non-defective product.
REPLACEMENTS
Replacements for broken or damaged shades can be purchased if needed.
WARRANTY
All Wimberley Glassworks products are covered by a Limited Warranty for ten years in a residential application, and five year limited warranty in a commercial application.
All Hubbardton Forge lighting products are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty by Hubbardton Forge in residential applications, and a five year limited warranty in commercial applications.
